Cancellation Policy

To secure your course enrollment, please follow our payment process:

Advance Deposit: An advance deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Please note that the advance deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of any unavoidable circumstances.
Balance Fee: The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid upon arrival before checkin.

Change of Course Month

If you need to change your course month, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Notice Prior to 45 Days: If you inform us at least 45 days in advance, we may offer you the option to join another month’s course, subject to availability.
Cancellation within 45 Days: Any cancellation request made within 45 days after the booking is non-refundable and non-transferable to another month’s course.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate changes whenever possible. However, please note that availability for alternative course months is subject to capacity.

Refund Policy

To ensure clarity regarding refunds, please review our refund guidelines:

Advance Deposit
- The advance deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- This policy helps us manage resources and plan effectively for all participants.
Balance Fee
- Once paid, the balance fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including no-shows or early departures.
Exceptions
- In exceptional cases, such as unlikely event that we are unable to organize or deliver the program as scheduled due to circumstances beyond our control. We give options like transfer yourself to next schedule or within a year based on availability or in some cases management reserve rights and we may provide a partial refund based on extent of the disruption.

We aim to offer the best experience and flexibility wherever possible. However, these policies ensure a fair and consistent process for all participants.
