I spent 21days doing the 300 hours at Bali Yoga Center. I was already a yoga instructor with my 200 hours, but this was a much deeper more intentional training. They were able to challenge me while still meeting the needs of the beginners too….Sarvo Ji and Soney Ji are a blessing to the yoga world. You will learn so much from genuine Indian gurus, but in the beautiful encapsulating energy of Bali. I can’t thank them enough for this experience..

I joined the intensive 21 day yoga training course. Although short, the course was full and comprehensive. Our programme included two asanas a day, and several lessons from kria cleansing to meditation and mantra chanting, yoga position alignment, anatomy and designing a yoga sessions. We were also given the opportunity to design and teach our own lesson towards the end.
The teachers were knowledge, and so much fun …
