Bali Yoga Center Drop-In Yoga Classes Schedule
Morning: 07:30 AM to 09:00 AM
Evening: 04:15 PM to 05:45 PM
It is intended to expand your knowledge and practice of yoga postures and breathing methods. You will learn proper alignment and modifications for various asanas (yoga poses) as well as how to use pranayama (breathing exercises) to improve your practice and cultivate relaxation and focus during the workshop. You can continue to build on what you learnt at the workshop by attending drop-in courses on a regular basis, laying a solid foundation for a steady yoga practice.

A chance to discover eastern Vedic wisdom Meditation Guru Sarvottam ji & meditative techniques assist practitioners in developing awareness of mind and body by intentionally working on the breath and posture. Meditation is a spiritual journey. To do so, we must transcend the body and Mind, which allows us to focus and create serenity and concentration in order to be entirely present in the now, culminating in the discharge of emotions from the subconscious Mind.
